Aerial Yoga Perth

What a wonderful and unique experience. It was the first time that I have done Aerial Yoga and I was a little bit nervous. However Sharon made me comfortable straight away. She explained everything step by step and then demonstrate all the poses. She is very professional and gave us clear instructions. The icing on the cake was at end with a blissful guided meditation. I felt like a butterfly.

Sharon and her classes are a rare gem in the Perth area. From the first class I took with her, I was immediately hooked! She is so knowledgeable, her instructions are clear, and she helped me feel excited to challenge myself in a very safe space. The ambiance and flow to her classes are really something special. She blends yoga and aerial acrobatics in an incredible way! If you are looking for an authentic aerial yoga experience, Sharon’s classes are absolutely the best around. Couldn’t recommend enough!

I recently attended a weekend workshop with Sharon at Aerial Yoga Perth and had the best time. Sharon was absolutely fantastic giving a variety of poses to learn and demonstrating so many things that can be accomplished in the hammock. I've been working through the teacher training course with Aerial Yoga Perth and Sharon has been so helpful with any questions I've had, and offering feedback that was so encouraging. Sharon made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in and instantly I wasn't as petrified of trying my first class of aerial yoga.Sharon gave fantastic instructions and was super helpful when I just didn't get what to do.I would certainly recommend Sharon and her aerial yoga classes to anyone. Great new thing to try and great for your health.

Sharon is a very experienced and talented teacher. She allies the art of delivering high quality, creative, soulful classes, with a unique humbleness and light-heartedness that makes the whole experience as fun as liberating and positively challenging. As a Yoga teacher myself, I really appreciate being taken care of by such a dear friend and colleague. Highly recommended!!

Really enjoying the 10 week beginners course. Sharon makes every move look sooo easy however it is quite challenging for me but I knew it would be. Already half way through and know I have improved in certain areas; more flexible and slightly stronger. Sharon is a very patient and helpful instructor - always encouraging you to have a go but also advising to take it easy if the move is too much. Sharon will often walk around to ensure you are doing things correctly and also to give you a hand when a move is a little more difficult. The silk provides great support and offers superb stretching that you just can’t get on your own. I also like that the class has limited numbers and you need to book.

Amazing studio! Susana and Sharon do an incredible job making sure you feel safe and supported in the beginners class. I love the way they differentiate the classes to cater to individual needs/limits. The hammock meditation at the end of each session is definitely a highlight! Would highly recommend!

Just started my ever first Aerial yoga with Sharon and Susana, really enjoying their classes! Helpful instructions and always make you feel comfortable when manifesting poses.Strongly recommend for beginners!.
